ITALPREGIO is a team made up of professionals and entrepreneurs specialized by sector and skills in the world ofbuilding, engineering and construction, which works together with the aim of putting their skills and experience at the service of customers and offering complete and customized designs, turnkey, with quality, professionalism and excellence in manufacturing.
It is 2005 when Maurizio Aimone, engineer specializing in structural and geotechnical engineering, he meets for the first time Alberto and Giovanni Cauda , owners of the Cauda company in Alba, in the province of Cuneo, which has been operating since 1952 in construction field, with specialization in pilings, foundations and consolidations.
L’meeting between these 3 professionals, initially aimed at a single collaboration on a specific building project, immediately triggers a great feeling. Feeling working, thanks to a rich professional exchange and a formative cooperation of enormous growth, but also personal feeling, with common values and views and a philosophy of life that meets and marries perfectly in many points.
Despite the years and the respective companies that all three carry out with great success, the feeling does not slacken and is definitively consolidated in 2020 , for a new collaboration in a shipyard of enormous importance in Èze, on the French Riviera.
Precisely in 2020, a complex year due to the dramatic implications brought about by Covid in Italy and around the world, what has been an excellent collaboration for 15 years, becomes a real reality.
ITALPREGIO is born, a company specialized in civil, industrial and commercial building and construction and geotechnical consolidation in Piedmont, Liguria, northern Italy and France.
ITALPREGIO takes care of creating civil, industrial and commercial building works guaranteeing a complete and customized design , 100% turnkey: after the initial consultation, we follow each phase personally, up to the final realization.
